The sticks or rods are cylinders of pressed sulfur, with a length ranging from 9 to 10 cm, a diameter of about 2.5-3 cm, and a weight that generally does not exceed 100 g. They are rubbed or rolled over the painful part of the body, particularly on the neck. After a few seconds of application, the sulfur begins to emit a slight crackling sound, usually breaking after a couple of minutes of use. The Sulfur Rods should be applied to the affected area, rotating them for about 4-5 minutes. During this time, small crackling sounds will be heard, indicating the action of the sulfur, which absorbs the electrostatic tensions in the inflamed and painful area, providing immediate relief.
