Boho mushroom dangle earring
Shipment delayed five weeks. Tried to cancel as needed much earlier for the season but supplier was apologetic and offered 20 free earrings to keep the order. I agreed and today (after 9 weeks) I received the product. It is very nice and quality driven with professional packaging but no free earrings. Big disappointment.

Boho mushroom dangle earring
There were 8 items from my order that I didn't receive and instead got random ones as replacements. Not sure what happened but this is the only issue I had. The rest of the items were beautiful and definitely will be purchasing again!

There were so many things wrong with my order from Terra Made, after reaching out, it only got worse. 21 items were missing, the items I did receive were in poor condition, and others were completely different from both the product photos and descriptions.I'm well aware of the difference in color for items online VS in person, but you can't compare Lime Green/Forest Green or Peach/Brown. It's clear these were all thrown together quickly with no care. No other brand has disappointed like this one

While the earrings themselves were beautiful, my experience with customer service was less than ideal. The earrings were shipped much later than the date predicted by Faire. I was given an expected shipping date, but the earrings didn’t ship on time. After that the owner stopped responding to my messages.It's disappointing when you're excited about a product but feel left in the dark about something as simple as shipping info. I would have appreciated better communication throughout the process.
