About Dégustonfoin
Farmers established in the Orne bocage (France) since 1988 and organic since 1996, we wanted a few years ago to get closer to consumers by enhancing the products of our farm. A common product, an original idea, and this is how we started marketing our barn-dried organic hay for use in cooking. Raw, powdered, in herbal tea, but also cooked as for confit, syrup, or cider vinegar, our hay invites itself into our kitchens to release all its aromas.
