About The Saffron Guild

The Saffron Guild specializes in creating beautiful papercasts from our collection of historic European baking molds. Our decorative art papercasts are hand-pressed in the molds, then painted with pigmented beeswax and gold or silver gilding. Each piece is unique, and every assortment in our product line delivers a new vista of old world beauty. Our collection of over 500 heritage molds offers a wide range of seasonal, holiday and rural motifs, including a special collection of winery and vineyard themes. Many of our molds were originally carved over 200 years ago, including some rare originals and fine museum reproductions of historic Swiss and Alpen pieces. Our art studio and bakery is located in Canada's smallest city – Greenwood, British Columbia. Although we only offer decorative art to our retail customers, you can see our locally delivered baked glories at saffronguild.com and on our Instagram page.
