Fischer & Wieser is a family-owned specialty food manufacturer located in Fredericksburg, the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Over 55 years ago, Case Fischer and Mark Wieser started selling jams and jellies in their store, Das Peach Haus, made from peaches grown in their own orchard behind the store. Today, Fischer & Wieser has expanded their handcrafted product offering beyond condiments to over 150 products that include pasta sauces, soups, meal starters, marinades, cooking sauces, internationally inspired recipes, and more! The original family farm continues to thrive and has expanded into a food and wine destination known as Fischer & Wieser’s Farmstead which includes a cooking school, tasting room, guest houses, and a small batch distillery.
