I rarely give low ratings, but doing so in case someone experiences what we did. We placed a fairly decent sized order. Order was placed April 18th. Received half of the products May 12th. Attempted to contact about the remaining items - never heard anything. Remaining order was canceled June 7 by Faire due to lack of contact. Products received were fine, but not amazing. One product had sloppy labeling (mismatched tops and slapped on labels).

The products these guys have are great and unique and in demand, but the shipping and fulfillment speed by the company are atrocious. Probably will discontinue working with them as I get products from Europe in hand 10 days after ordering on average, and for some reason, Mikuni is taking 40 days to fulfill and then there's the shipping speed? Not a good option for my business.
