Sensory Profile: Our oatmeal beige coloured honey which represents the season with both wildflowers and several flowering shrubs and trees in the coastal landscape. A rich blend with notable flavour evolution on the palate. Undertones of nuts, butterscotch and malt. Nordic Wildflowers is the perfect creamed honey for everyday use. It’s our special blend honey, made by mixing the most delicious harvests from the season into one batch. Every batch gets a unique character which reflects the specific nectar sources of that summer (Some years, the honey is more yellow and spicy, other years it’s lighter and milder!). The creamy texture gives it a fresh taste that is soft on the palate, with a smooth and velvety texture. Our ideal honey for tea lovers! The texture is achieved by gently filtering and mixing, then by creaming the honey using traditional Nordic Methods. We never heat or add anything to the honey. Our main focus is always to preserve the natural approach to the product.
