This delicious cream is obtained from the long processing of an exceptional autumn fruit, the chestnuts. Made by cooking the best chestnuts with only the addition of sugar, we obtain a spreadable and creamy product that is excellent both for breakfast on toasted bread or rusks, but also and especially suitable to be used as a base for cakes, tarts, desserts, and countless other chestnut-based recipes.
