When should I report a brand?
You can report a brand on their shop page for the following issues:
- The brand is fraudulent or selling prohibited items.
- The brand is behaving in an inappropriate or misleading way.
- There is a discrepancy with the brand’s pricing on Faire and another site, their items are priced lower elsewhere.
We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what’s going on. Our team will review your report and take the appropriate next steps.
How do I report a brand?
To submit a report:
- Visit the brand’s shop page
- Scroll to the bottom left corner and select Report this brand.
- Select the additional category that is relevant to the issue.
- To help us take action, we will, in certain cases, ask you to provide a written description about the situation and include photos (if relevant).
- Select Submit.
Once you’ve submitted the report, a member of our team will review your submission and reply via email.
