Brands who’ve earned Top Shop status will receive an exclusive Top Shop badge on their shop page and products throughout Faire, so you can easily identify them. You can also filter results to shop Top Shop brands exclusively.
How do brands qualify to become Top Shops?
Brands can take specific actions during each calendar quarter to unlock Top Shop status for the following quarter. To qualify as a Top Shop, a brand must meet the following criteria:
- Be an active, top-rated brand. This means that Top Shop brands maintain at least a 4.8 retailer star rating.
- Fulfill orders quickly & smoothly. This means brands keep order issues to a minimum, including cancellations and missing items.
- Run a world-class shop page. We determine the quality of a brand’s merchandising with a “merchandising score.” Factors that contribute to a high merchandising score include: continuously adding products to their catalog to keep it updated, having great product photos and descriptions, running promotions, and setting low order minimums.
