Can I export order data?

In this guide

Yes, you can export orders as needed.

What order data can I export?

The data exported depends on which report you pull:

  • Order summary—Includes order date, order number, retailer shop name, retailer address and location, products purchased (including the product option selected if applicable), SKU, GTIN, order status, item quantity, wholesale price, retail price, ship date, scheduled order date (if applicable), and any notes you left on the order for yourself.
  • Payout summary—Includes payout date, payout amount, order number, retailer shop name, order date, order total, currency, quantity damaged or missing, promotions applied, commission rate, new customer fee (if applicable), total commission charged, taxes charged, shipping costs applied, payment processing fees, the order’s Insider free shipping status, Insider fees charged to the brand (if applicable), Insider fees charged to Faire (if applicable), and whether or not the order used Ship with Faire.

If you need to filter your order data more granularly, we recommend exporting a full report for the date range you need, then filtering that report manually using Excel, Numbers, or another similar spreadsheet software that allows for data analysis.

How do I export my orders?

To export your order summary:

  1. Navigate to your Orders page.
  2. Select Export in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Choose Order summary.
  4. Select an order status from the Orders to export menu to pull specific order types, or leave it set to All to pull all orders regardless of status.
  5. Choose a preset range from the Date range menu to pull specific dates, or leave it set to All to pull as far back as your first order.
    • If you choose Custom, you must enter a start date and end date into the fields provided. Both dates can be the same, but the end date cannot be set earlier than the start date.
  6. Select Export CSV.

Small files download immediately, and will be available in the Downloads tab of your web browser once completed. Larger export files will be sent to your email.
