If you're currently signed in, you’ll need to log out first to access the sign in page. If you’ve forgotten your password and need to sign in, you can use a one-time login code sent to your email.

How to sign in on your computer if you forget your password
- Select Sign in on the top right corner of the homepage
- Type in your login email address and press enter
- On the next screen, select Email me a code. This will send a login code to your login email address
- Enter the code you received via email to sign in to your account
How to sign in on your mobile app if you forget your password
- Enter your login email address and select Continue
- On the next screen, select Email me a code. This will send a login code to your login email address
- Enter the code you received via email to sign in to your account
What should I do if I don’t receive the email with the code?
If you don't receive the email, please make sure of the following:
- You've spelled your email address correctly
- You've entered the email that you used to sign up for your Faire account. If you used a different email, try again with the correct email address
- The email is not in your spam or junk folder. If it is, please mark it as ‘Not Spam’ and follow the instructions contained in the email
- The email address noreply@info.faire.com is in your contact list and is not blocked. You may need to contact your IT administrator to always allow emails from noreply@info.faire.com, then try again
