You'll need access to the Primary Admin’s email to retrieve the Multi-Authentication code, along with the current IBAN (International Bank Account Number) or account number for the bank account that is currently set up before entering a new one. Once you enter the existing bank account details, you will then be able to access your Adyen portal to add your new banking information.
To change your banking information for order payouts:
- Go to Account Settings
- Select the Payout tab
- Select Edit Payout Information
- Verify your account by entering the 6-digit code sent to the Primary Admin's email for your Faire account.
- Click on Verify account.
- Enter your current IBAN or account number to verify your existing bank account details
- You will be redirected to Adyen to complete your account setup. Scroll to Bank Details within the Adyen portal and select +Add a new bank account. Follow the prompts to enter your new bank account details
- Right click on the previous bank account details and select Delete to remove the previous information so only one bank account is connected
- Select Submit for Adyen’s review
On your Payout tab, you‘ll see an In Review status while Adyen verifies your information. If the change was successful you’ll see a Verified status. If Adyen needs additional information, the status will show as Incomplete along with the requested information.
