Items are considered missing if an order is delivered incompletely, and a retailer submits a missing item’s report.

How are missing items metrics calculated?
The missing items value you see on your Top Shop page shows the percentage of your orders that had items reported as missing. Orders that are reported as fully missing due to a lost or stolen package are excluded from this metric. Your missing items percentage for Top Shop does not include anything related to damaged items—these are two separate metrics.
