If you’re looking to stop selling on Faire, you’ll have three options:
- Pause your shop
- Deactivate your account
- Delete your account and account data
Pause my shop
If you need to temporarily stop accepting new orders, you can activate Pause Mode. When your shop is in Pause Mode, retailers can browse, favorite, and add items to their cart but won't be able to check out and place an order until you're back. You can pause your shop for up to 12 weeks at a time. While in Pause Mode, you'll still have access to your account and be able to fulfill existing orders.
To turn on Pause Mode, follow these steps:

Go to Shop settings

Scroll down to Pause Mode

Enter the start and end dates for your pause

Select Save
Orders that are pending review from our retailer Accounts team will still be pushed through when your brand goes on Pause. To learn more visit Why can’t I see my retailer’s order in my account?
Option 1: Account Deactivation
Deactivating your account will hide your shop from retailers, but your information will remain saved in our system. This option will allow you to reactivate your account upon request if you choose to come back to Faire.
To deactivate your brand account, let us know you’d like an account deactivation and we’ll connect you with a support specialist to help.
Option 2: Delete your Account and Data
For permanent removal of your account and data, you’ll need assistance from our team. Some of your information may be retained. Ex: for tax or accounting purposes or as required by law. For more information, visit our Privacy policy.
To delete your brand account and data, let us know you’d like a data deletion and we’ll connect you with a privacy specialist to assist.
Please note: If you are deleting your account, your data will be permanently removed from the platform. If you are interested in coming back to Faire in the future, you will need to create a new account.
