As of August 22, 2024, Faire no longer covers Insider free shipping on Faire Direct (0% commission) orders.
When we asked our customers what they want from Faire, we heard consistently that retailers wanted more free shipping and brands wanted more new customers. We launched The Insider Partnership for North American brands to meet both needs.
To expand free shipping on Faire, however, we could no longer fund Insider free shipping on 0% commission Faire Direct orders, as these orders had become a bigger part of our business. This cost had limited our ability to grow free shipping on Faire overall.
Partnering together with brands on these shipping costs allows us to reinvest Faire’s commission dollars towards your new customer growth, while still giving you an economical way to offer free shipping to your Faire Direct Insider customers.
Note that for all brands, Faire will still cover 1 year of free shipping for new retailers you bring to Faire as part of the Faire Direct sign-up offer, separate from Insider.
