Alocasia Polly - Live Plant
I received an order that contained multiple plants showing signs of a thrips infestation and some plant damage. The plants had to be immediately isolated and treated to protect the rest of my inventory. As a small plant business owner, pest issues create significant concerns and additional work. Faire promptly issued a substantial refund after I reported the issue, which I appreciated. However, I never received a direct response from the greenhouse regarding my concerns.
