Made from 100% recycled card, each pack contains 12 seed balls with illustrations on the front to show the wildflowers that each mix grows. Included on the back are instructions plus scattering and flowering times. There are two display options: using the shelf ready box in which they are shipped, or using their Euro holes to add to hanging displays. Each box includes 10 packs: 2 x Bee Mix 2 x Butterfly Mix 2 x Shade Mix 2 x Poppy 2 x Garden Meadow We make the seed balls ourselves from our HQ in North London - from a mixture of UK native wildflower seeds, clay, peat-free compost and chilli powder. The clay protects the seeds from wildlife, and once water has permeated the clay, the seeds inside will germinate, helped along by nutrients and minerals contained within the ball. The chilli powder deters slugs and snails while the seed ball degrades and and the seeds sprout. All wildflowers are listed by the RHS as perfect for pollinators.
