Our Sicilian lemon with fior di sale (fleur de sel) is a match made in heaven. We grate the peel of freshly hand-picked lemons and immediately combine it with fior di sale so the zesty oils infuse directly into the salt. 100% natural with nothing else added. It’s situated in a WWF-protected reserve, so the natural eco-system is maintained, and the area is protected from pollution.
