About Pen & Cob Farm
With just the right combination of luck and chance, we found ourselves in a 200 year old farmhouse on the coast of downeast Maine. We've found such joy digging up relics of the past, finding notes scribbled on the walls of the 150 year old barn, and caring for and harvesting from orchards planted by the families who farmed this land decades ago. When we began farming, we wanted fresh food that was good for ourselves and the land we steward. What we never expected was for the land to provide such abundance and for it to taste so good! We look forward to offering a collection of products made with ethically and sustainably grown and harvested ingredients, both cultivated and wild. -Katherine & Ato Swann
