The icon exists in both the Orthodox and Catholic faiths, but is more popular Catholic iconography. Notably, icons and artwork depicting the Holy Family became popular in Roman Catholic countries from the 16th century onward and are seen as symbolizing the idea of the “terrestrial trinity.” The “terrestrial trinity” is seen as representing an earthly version of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We always have a great experience ordering from the friendly people at The Art of the Icon. They are very helpful and the products are beautiful quality. Our customers love these icons (seriographs) created in Greece. These lovely pieces allow the faithful to enjoy iconography in their homes at reasonable price points. The small magnet icons are particularly popular in our shop.

The customers at my organization are loving the icons from The Art of the Icon. There are some less expensive options but people have been spending more money for these icons because the quality is great! The price is good and they always ship carefully and quickly.
