Description
While we honor the classic cured meats of the old world, we can’t help adding our spin on it, this time with garlic and a hint of ginger. A single-sliced pack includes 3 ounces of thinly sliced salami and is ready to eat. All our cured meat is shelf stable. Refrigeration is not required. Minimum shelf life for the first receiver 60 days. A 20% shipping charge is added to all orders in order to ensure products arrive in best condition with current temperatures. Though our product does not require refrigeration until opening, greasing and/or melting of fat can occur during very warm temperatures. This does not affect the taste or safety of the product, but in hopes for the product to arrive in best condition, we will include additional refrigeration products during extremely warm months.
