Great product but communication is lacking. We are a new store opened Memorial Day. Sold through product quickly and placed another order. Shipped dates was scheduled as June 5. Product hasn’t shipped and after many attempts, still no response from Votivo as to status. Will update if someone ever decides to respond. Great product is no good if you can’t get it or even get a response on order status. UPDATE - Issue has been resolved.
