BACKGROUND: Nustad Family Ranch was founded in 2016 by the Nustad Family. Inspired by the Lavender farms of France and the San Juan Islands, the idea for a boutique Lavender farm in the heart of Carmel Valley was born. INGREDIENTS: We believe in whole, natural, and sustainable ingredients, supporting small farms, and working with our hands. All of our packaging is recyclable and reusable and our ingredients are proudly locally and sustainably sourced! All of our ingredients are 100% cruelty free, fragrances are vegan, paraben and phthalate free, and our products are made without Palm Oil. Our packaging is all sourced in the US, and our Shea Butter is sustainably sourced from a women's group in Ghana. WE GIVE BACK: Bees are the best! Our little friends have inspired us to be creative, spread joy, and persevere! That's why 3% of all profits are donated to various non-profits benefitting the bees and local small farms! The products went rancid and spoiled with mold-like appearance within 3months of arrival. It could have been spoiled during transport due to high heat as the company suggested. But we only found out too late. Not a good seller anyway, the scents or the fragrance free were not attractive enough to our customers.

Terrible, all the large bottles I that I still have in stock have gone bad; visible mold on top and or rancid smell. Customer service is terrible, takes forever to respond, shipping is extremely long (I still don’t have a different order that was supposed to be delivered in July (it’s October) . Will. It be ordering again.
