I am absalutely thrilled by their response time and customer service. I had ordered a collection of the Keychain voodoo dolls for my store, they were shipped quickly. Upon opening I noticed I was missing one of the types that I thought I'd ordered. Turns out they were sold out when I messaged them. Bummer. But their customer service was fast and they sent the missing dolls within a day of me asking about them 💯 will be buying again. Thank you guys for being so courteous!
