I have been purchasing from this brand regularly this year. Always waiting weeks or months for items. I have spent well over $2k on squishes. 2 times they sold me misleading items, popped squishes, this last time sent me a box is very very dirty butters. See photos. I figured it was a one off thing- things happen etc. ..got refunded and moved on and spent MORE money with them about a month ago. Today, I receive a cancellation because I made too many claims? No communication with me. Nothing.
