The Campos Roa family, made up of Derlín Roa, Diego Campos and their daughter Sofía, are passionate about the countryside and specialty coffee, they created their family project on the La Plata estate in Huila at 1950 meters above sea level. Derlín has specialized in the cultivation and preparation of coffee, being the National AeroPress Champion in 2019. Together with Diego, they have established their own coffee shop in Garzón - Huila. Diego, for his part, has explored the world of coffee beyond cultivation and has obtained the national title of barista three times, being recognized as 'Best Barista in the World' in 2021 in Milan — Italy.
