At VENANDI, no “liquid smoke” chemical products are used. Beech wood is chosen for smoking, as it is the ideal wood species to bring subtle aromas and flavors to our wild boar sausage. Finally, after a night's rest, the sausage is ready to reveal its combination of flavors. Our sausage is made in an artisanal way, following traditional methods.
