Turchetti’s Meats is built on real craft and real flavor. Founded by chef and salumist George Turkette, we combine traditional Italian methods with a focus on quality sourcing and honest production. We make salami and deli meats from humanely raised, non-GMO animals that are never given antibiotics or growth hormones. Our process is built for flavor through real fermentation, real smoke, and the time it takes to do it right. What started as a small butcher shop has grown into a production facility serving retailers, distributors, and restaurants across the Midwest.
