Explanations: Poor packaging. I ordered Sweet Lilly S°1. That's what is written on the boxes, but upon opening them, they are Lilly N°3. Much spicier than the Sweet. Informed the brand by sending 2 emails. No response. Otherwise, the products are very good and of excellent quality. I am not criticizing the products but the logistics and customer service.
