This extra virgin olive oil is produced from olive trees located on land owned by our family in the fief of Lizzanello, near Lecce. The olives are harvested by hand and the pressing is carried out daily in the company mill. The olives and the short time between harvesting and pressing guarantee the excellence of the final product.
