Our Miso-Mushroom spice rub is made by The Deliciouser, a Madison, Wisconsin-based spice company, and contains sea salt, assorted mushrooms, red miso, onions, garlic, and ginger. OMG! So Good! My employees and I couldn't wait to try. We filled up on the cheeses for lunch! Amazing texture and flavor! Just wow! We haven't tried the butters yet, but if it's anything like the cheeses, it should be amazing, too!
