Our bright, Guatemalan Asochivite cacao pairs perfectly with the tropical citrus flavors of passion fruit, and our freshly-pressed cocoa butter creates a smooth and rich chocolate experience. We source the passion fruit for this bar from Cocoa Supply, a family owned business based in Ecuador. They work directly with their farmers and producers, and pay prices above Fair Trade minimums. Quick shipping, excellent packing. The bars themselves are wrapped beautifully and the sample bar was a total perk. The chocolate is delicious. Put them out on the shelf this morning and it was the first thing I sold today!
