Alocasia Hilo Beauty 6-in
Shipped Alocasia's with no way of retaining moisture during transit - especially with how long they clearly had them packaged up for. Vast majority of the entire shipment, not just the Hilo's, delivered with damage, detached rootballs, unrecognizable foliage & lack of light signs. The company then waited 17 days, after a delay getting the official tracking number loaded into faire, to alert us that the entire replacement order was cancelled. Poor practices, poor operations & poor communication
