Received a partial order, was told they would send the rest the following week. Three weeks later nothing. Read their reviews. I wish I had! Tried canceling the rest of my order and received a message back that it can’t be cancelled because it’s in process. It’s been in process for a month. I’m not happy and I want my order cancelled immediately!

Was given one date, and then not sent out. Tried to reach out and did not receive a response. It wasn’t until I initiated a cancellation that they created a shipping label and still waited to ship. I ordered from them because of proximity to me and shipping time stated in shop. I never received a response from them. Tried to complain to Faire that my order should be cancelled given what happened but they side on the side of the seller. Also, quality wasn’t the best. I tossed and took the loss.
