I love the bags, but they took really long to arrive, and communication was limited. I dont mind the long shipping, but the fulfillment date should be accurate, especially if its needed for an in-store event.

This order was placed the first week of March. I was expecting it to arrive before the Memorial Day holiday. Sent multiple messages. All were ignored. Attempted to cancel. Denied. I ordered $300 of other items that were canceled by Faire after 30 days as they hadn’t shipped. Disappointed. Apparently she was on maternity leave, but no where was that indicated during checkout or shipping expectations. The earrings are good quality. The fulfillment and communication leave a lot to be desired.

Zero communication, attempting to reach out, and requested to cancel the order x3 and denied; said delivery was expected in 10 days from date of order placed & in a processing state so Faire refused to cancel. This was over 4 months. They also cancelled over half the order honestly the only reason I ordered were for those specific items. I didn't know til order was received that over half the order was cancelled on their side. Do not recommend. Quality is lacking as 2 sets were damaged.
