Thus, to bottle our multi-cultivar, we created a collection of bottles with symbols that have appeared on our beloved Trulli for centuries. Mystical and religious, or secular, each tells its own story. - Host with rays: Very similar to a sun, it is among the Christian symbols and represents Jesus and his sacrifice for humanity. - Tree cross: It is among the pagan symbols and represents the union of three worlds: the Celestial world, the Earthly world, and the Underworld. The olfactory profile is pleasantly fruity, with hints of bitter almond combined with only slightly spicy tones.
