Cold-extracted and unfiltered, it preserves the oil’s full nutritional integrity—rich in polyphenols, naturally low in acidity, and vibrant in flavor. Bottled in dark glass to protect its freshness and character. The result is a fresh, luminous oil with a green, herbal aroma and a clean finish that’s subtly bitter and mildly peppery.
