We spent over $1,400 on our first order and they state right under their name that they offer free shipping on orders over $500. They have charged almost $500.00 on the invoice for shipping and have not responded to my inquiry. Those charges are outrageous in the first place as they state it ships from Missouri. I am a few hours away from there only, but I would have never ordered any items with that excessive shipping costs. Period.
