RETURN POLICY All requests for returns and/or exchanges must be made via email to info@limenchili.com within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only. All items returned for any reason must have original packaging with full pack quantity of items. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. Merchandise returned with missing original packaging or those returned after 7 days will have a 20% restocking fee. All other returns will have to be done with customer’s own shipping label. We cannot be held responsible for tracking those items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (Including all refused and unaccepted packages). All clearance items are final sale. For any damages, written notification must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Items damaged must not be worn or washed.
