I originally gave this brand a 1 star rating on the products I ordered from them, however given their excellent customer service and response, I am changing my rating to a 5 because customer service in my book goes a long way. Given the excellent service I am going to order again through them hoping it was the products I ordered we not a good fit for what I was looking for. This brand is happy to work with me on future orders when I order again if, I am not happy.
