Disappointing wholesale experience. Customs delays happen, but communication was poor from start to finish. We repeatedly had to ask for updates, product information, and shipping status. The order arrived too late for the markets we purchased it for, costing us the opportunity to sell the pieces when intended. As a boutique, reliability and communication matter just as much as the product. :(
