Our Vermicelli glass noodles, made from sweet potatoes, are convenient to make in their own included cup -- just add hot water. They are low glycemic index and compatible with Paleo and other moderated-carbohydrate diets, but mostly you won't believe how delicious they are. Our noodle soups are all gluten free and grain free! Most ramen soups are made from either wheat noodles or rice noodles. We wanted noodles that would rehydrate without being cooked on a stove and are 100% gluten and grain free. We also wanted to create something very new, yet very traditional. 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩: This soup is 100% AIP for the elimination stage. It’s a very traditional hearty soup with freeze dried, 100% grass fed beef, champignon mushrooms, carrots and kale. Garlic, onion, parsley and thyme are the main spices used.

Love the intention and speed and customer care from this company! The meet in the products doesn't always rehydrate so well, which i understand is a difficult thing to achieve with this type of product but it unfortunately makes the texture not as palatable. The flavors of the chicken soup were great but could use a little more salt.
