Our Vermicelli glass noodles, made from sweet potatoes, are convenient to make in their own included cup -- just add hot water. They are low glycemic index and compatible with Paleo and other moderated-carbohydrate diets, but mostly you won't believe how delicious they are. Chicken Noodle Soup: This recipe uses ingredients used to make traditional chicken soup broth: celery, carrots, parsley, garlic, onion, and free-range chicken. We added a bit of nutritional yeast to increase the savory "umami" flavor, plus some turmeric for anti-inflammatory qualities. This soup will remind you of Mom’s or Grandmom’s homemade chicken noodle soup. It tastes fantastic for everyone, but is also 100% compatible with the elimination phase of an AIP diet.

Love the intention and speed and customer care from this company! The meet in the products doesn't always rehydrate so well, which i understand is a difficult thing to achieve with this type of product but it unfortunately makes the texture not as palatable. The flavors of the chicken soup were great but could use a little more salt.
