This is the jalepeno hot sauce that is thrown liberally over your morning eggs, spices up your favorite bean dip and rarely makes it back into the fridge. We use cilantro that is picked at the right time, not so early that it can be shipped across the country and not so late that it has developed bitter off flavors. Butterfly Bakery of Vermont hot sauces are truly a farm-to-fork product. We work directly with small farms, allowing us to choose the specific pepper varietals that go into our award winning hot sauces.
