About Vermont Condiment/ Benito's Hot Sauce

We make three different lines of Vermont Craft Hot Sauce. We also offer several Vermont made maple products including single source Vermont Maple Syrup, Chile pepper infused maple syrup and pure vanilla bean maple syrup. The Story of Benito's Hot Sauce/Vermont Condiment: It all started with a backyard chile pepper garden, some truly amazing friends, and a strong passion for saucin'! Since 2008 we have been making a fresh vegetable Non GMO hot sauce in the Green Mountains of Northern Vermont using local and organic ingredients. Our products are completely non gmo. Each year we partner with six local Vermont farms who provide us with over 8,000 pounds of organic chile peppers, organic fresh veggies and pure organic Vermont maple syrup. Our main mission is to help sustain and strengthen our local food system throughout the state of Vermont. We approach this in two ways, by working with local organic farmers to source ingredients, and through donations to the Vermont food bank. What sets us apart from the rest is our commitment to quality, our commitment to the sustainability and stewardship of agricultural land and our local food system, as well as our unique line hot sauces of Vermont maple products. All products are prepped, cooked, and bottled by Benito in a small commercial kitchen in Morrisville, Vermont. Our products contain no gums, starches, or artificial preservatives of any kind.
