My customers have been absolutely loving these earrings. They are set at a perfect price point and are just flat out beautiful. I’ve had some clay makers who do not properly bake the clay and it becomes easily breakable. These are flexible, sturdy and just overall well made. Thank you!

While the earrings themselves were beautiful, my experience with customer service was less than ideal. The earrings were shipped much later than the date predicted by Faire. I was given an expected shipping date, but the earrings didn’t ship on time. After that the owner stopped responding to my messages.It's disappointing when you're excited about a product but feel left in the dark about something as simple as shipping info. I would have appreciated better communication throughout the process.
