Description
Dimensions: 16" x 6" Stunning lotus chime handmade with capiz, beads, wire, chains, and a bell. Delightful addition to an outdoor or indoor space. Made with hand-painted capiz shells in an antique style. Also available with natural, unpainted capiz. The significance of the lotus comes from the way in which it grows, rising above the mud to blossom into a beautiful flower. In this way, we, too, can rise above our circumstances, limitations, and earthly desires to aspire to a higher, spiritual plane. Capiz shells come from a mollusk near the Philippines. They are lovingly handcrafted into these unique, artistic pieces by fair-trade artisans who have been working with Om for over a decade.

Love the driftwood turtles. The chimes are nice but very fragile. Two were broken or chipped. They get tangled during shipping so are a bit of a pain to unpack but hopefully will be worth it and sell well.

The chimes themselves are beautiful, but they're very delicate and two of them arrived broken. I tried contacting the company and the message was marked as read, but no response was given. Then a third chime broke after barely being handled. Would love to be able to reorder in the future, but only if they work on their communication and the quality/durability of their product. *Revised review: Was able to get in contact with the seller and sent photos of the damaged products and was refunded.
