High altitudes, rich soils, and tropical climate produce an aromatic and incredibly flavorful coffee with a sweet nutty taste, mild acidity and medium body.    The premium, shade-grown and hand-picked, coffees we source carry the unique flavors and accents of their region. They also carry the energy of the farming communities who so lovingly and and painstakingly produced these amazing beans! With this in mind, we are always focused on offering a cup of coffee that is heavily nuanced and wonderfully complex. To help achieve these goals, we roast the beans of each region separately and often at more than one temperature. All of our blends and even single origins are hand blended after roasting.
