Founded in 2013 by partners in life, Jenni Trilik and Marcus Contaldo, Modest Coffee was created to take the guesswork out of buying specialty coffee by carefully curating green coffees and applying them to a set tier based on cupping score, price, flavor notes, and roast level. Our mission is to roast the highest quality single-origin coffee without the snobbery and make specialty coffee accessible to everyone. Modest Coffee is an award winning coffee roaster, winning a Good Food Award in 2021, and is nationally recognized as a top roaster of specialty coffee.
